Obligations of Issuers: Listing Conditions

General Listing Conditions

In order to list financial instruments on SI ENTER following regular listing conditions have to be met:
  • the issuer’s legal status:
    • the issuer’s incorporation and legal status comply with the regulations of the country of its registered office;
    • the issuer has obtained a LEI code;
  • financial instruments are freely transferable:
    • the issuance of financial instruments and settlement of trades in these instruments:
    • instruments are validly issued and all conditions for safe settlement of trades are met.
  • Listing on regulated market:
    • Instruments are not listed on a regulated market operated by Ljubljana Stock Exchange

    Shares
    • General listing conditions,
    • Free float of at least 10%,
    • Issuer’s articles of association shall demand that a delisting is only possible by a decision of the general meeting adopted with a 75% majority,
    • A concluded agreement with an exchange approved advisor,
    • Publication of a listing document prepared in accordance with PROGRESS regulations or a voluntary prospectus under Regulation (EU) 2017/1129 on prospectus.

    • General listing conditions,
    • A concluded agreement with an exchange approved advisor,
    • Publication of a listing document prepared in accordance with PROGRESS regulations or a voluntary prospectus under Regulation (EU) 2017/1129 on prospectus.
    Commercial papers
    • General listing conditions,
    • A concluded agreement with an exchange approved advisor,
    • Publication of a listing document prepared in accordance with PROGRESS regulations or a voluntary prospectus under Regulation (EU) 2017/1129 on prospectus.
