Segment PROGRESS is the highest and most demanding segment of SI ENTER market. It was created for companies who seek to advance to the regulated market in the shortest possible time. PROGRESS segment was developed in cooperation with Zagreb Stock Exchange and represents a stepping stone to listing on a stock market.
Segment PROGRESS accepts shares, bonds and commercial papers, with listing only possible upon request by the issuer. Listing conditions and recurring obligations are stricter than on ADVANCE segment, but still not as strict as on the regulated market. An issuer has to hire an exchange approved advisor for the first 2 years after listing on PROGRESS market, with advisor helping the issuer fulfil its obligations.
