BASIC is a special segment, where listing is only possible on the initiative of the exchange. Here Ljubljana Stock Exchange lists only shares of Slovenian companies who fulfil basic criteria and are not listed on another trading venue.
The goal of this segment is to offer investors an easier way to invest and exit investments where they otherwise have no other choice but to engage in OTC trading. All listings, suspensions of trading and delistings are done on Ljubljana Stock Exchange’s initiative.
