In order to list financial instruments on SI ENTER market those instruments and their issuers shall meet the following conditions and criteria:
- general listing conditions,
- additional criteria for individual market segments.
By listing financial instruments on SI ENTER their issuer does not become a public company in accordance with Market in Financial Instruments Act. While the scope of disclosures is smaller compared to the regulated market, the issuers are still bound by the Market Abuse Regulation and SI ENTER rules.
