- Fulfilment of conditions for listing and trading for listed instruments, and
- Issuers performance on their disclosure obligations regarding regulated, inside and other information.
If Ljubljana Stock Exchange encounters faults, non-performance or irregularities, it may adopt the following measures:
- Issuing a recommendation regarding good practice to the issuer;
- Issuing a demand for clarification regarding non-compliance to the issuer;
- Temporarily suspend trading or in extreme circumstances delist the issuer;
- Notify Securities Market Agency with its findings.
